Sofie Nesanelis is a proud member of the Actor's Equity Association, known for her work on stage and screen. Sofie has appeared as Harvest Girl in the ensemble of the US tour of Les Misérables. She also understudied the roles of Little Cosette and Young Eponine. Previously, Sofie has been seen as Cindy Lou Who in two National Tours of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the Musical, as well as in the title role in Matilda the Musical. Sofie was seen in the off-broadway production of Wedding Band (Princess), which won the Audelco award for Best Revival of a Play. She is appearing Little Girl in the current production of Ragtime at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, CT.
On-screen, you can see Sofie in The Renaissance of Oddity Todd (2024), Greet Your Demons (2022), Blood Harvest (2021) and You Matter (2021). Sofie was a semi-finalist in the 2023 Hal Leonard Vocal
